Our Curvy Situation Of The Week currently works as a supervisor in the healthcare field. Which means that she has worked with people from the young to the elderly all of her life. She also serves as an elder at her church where she is also over the Praise and Worship team as well as being the creator and overseeing the dance ministry for a number of years.

"I have gone through many challenges in my life such as not being able to walk for a few years without the assistance of a cane or a walker. God has blessed me to have two total knee replacements and I am moving about with great joy and thankfulness. There were many times I didn't feel good enough or beautiful enough so i hid myself. Now I celebrate who I am and who I am becoming. GOD has a plan for my life and I'm willing to follow and I'm enjoying the trip."

The advice that she would give to another curvy woman of whom does not feel beautiful and does not feel comfortable in their own skin is to "love you, see your worth, your style, your flavor. Let it all shine from the inside out."
