OUR CURVY SITUATION OF THE WEEK IS A WOMAN OF MANY HATS AS WELL. MYCHELLE IS A REGISTERED NURSE AS WELL AS A NURSING CONSULTANT & MEDICAL ADVOCATE THRU MODELING BUSINESS OWNER. ON THE SIDE SHE ALSO IS A PAPARAZZI CONSULTANT.

 WE ASKED MYCHELLE WHY SHE FEELS THAT SHE SHOULD BE CURVY SITUATION OF THE WEEK?

"When I model, it's with a purpose. I wear pieces that are representative of a specific illness such as black & grey for Brain cancer awareness. Emerald green- liver cancer awareness. Purple-Alzheimer's, migraines, stomach cancer, lupus awareness. I'm trying to bring more awareness so we can begin to demand the cures for these illnesses OR less use if hormones/ chemicals in our food to eradicate these illnesses that are killing us everyday. I lost both of my parents within 3.5 months of each other THIS YEAR. Both to cancer. I'm just trying to spare others the pain of losing their loved ones to an illness we can fight & cure."

WE ASKED MYCHELLE WHAT ADVICE DOES SHE GIVE TO SOMEONE WHO IS CURVY AND MAY FEEL THAT THEY ARE NOT BEAUTIFUL?

"Understand that you are beautifully made. You have a purpose for being here. Live life on your terms and not for someone else. Every person has an opinion. The only opinion that matters is your own. Love yourself unconditionally. Love yourself tohelp the next person in need and let's start uplifting one another. it only takes one to change someone's entire attitude."
